I highly recommend Deschutes Heating & Cooling. They came out expeditiously without an appointment and addressed our furnace issue. Dave was very courteous, honest, and professional. He patiently explained his trouble shooting process as well as sharing other furnace tips. The service was affordable too.

Amazing company in every way, honest, dependable, trustworthy, and competitively priced. I had a very complex issue with my system and Ryan worked very hard at figuring it out and got the job done. I felt like he really cared about me and wanted to implement the best possible solution to my particular situation and he did an amazing job. Ashley took all my phone calls during this very lengthy process and assured me they were doing all that they could to resolve it. Ashley continued to put my mind at ease and also made me feel that my concerns mattered. This is so rare to find these days, a company with a staff of such high caliber that really care about doing the best possible job, a company with integrity. I recommend them highly and I thank them for their service.

They are fantastic! We have and older system that intimidates a lot of contractors but they were willing to troubleshoot the issue and get to the bottom of it. They fixed it during a heatwave and brought us so much relief. They even helped coordinate with a plumber on our system so that they were in the loop on what to fix. Would highly recommend!

When our AC went on the blink during a heat wave, our regular HVAC company said they couldn’t come out for 12 DAYS! I was referred to Deschutes Heating and Cooling and they were there the next morning. The tech was early, made a simple fix, and showed us how to use our system more efficiently. We couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommended.

My furnace died. Dave was out to my house within hours, quickly diagnosed the issue and procured the required parts. This all happened before I even heard back from the other companies I called. Deschutes Heating & Cooling was very fast and professional. Thanks Dave & Lisa!!
