Payment & Financing
Once your System Designer has developed a plan for your home, the proposal will show the complete project and the final price before you decide whether to move forward.
For projects paid directly, we typically collect 50% when the proposal is approved so we can begin ordering equipment, materials, and scheduling the work. The remaining 50% is due when the installation is complete.
If you would rather spread the cost over time, financing is available through Acorn Finance. Your System Designer can help you access the financing process through us, answer questions along the way, and make sure the financing step fits smoothly into the rest of the project.
Acorn allows homeowners to review financing options from participating lenders and compare available terms before deciding whether financing makes sense for them. The financing process is handled through Deschutes as the contractor, so you are not being sent off to figure everything out on your own.
